What started out a few years ago as a simple laying flock for our family has grown into eggs, poultry products, and pork for our family and yours. Occasional seasonal items and décor are available. All items are hand grown, hand raised, and hand made by us right here on our small homestead. Below are a few of the items we offer. Our Products
Sunshine, bugs, and grass is how we roll. Our broilers are raised on daily fresh pasture and a ration of locally grown & milled nonGMO grains. Whole chickens usually average around 3.75-4 lbs and are available individually and in bulk. The meat is tender, flavorful, and moist and makes for a nutritious, versatile protein for any meal.
Our broilers are lovingly raised and respectfully butchered and packed right here on our homestead. Individual cuts include: boneless skinless breasts, bone in breasts, wings, leg quarters, broth bones, whole chicken cut up, spatchcock, halves, feet, and giblets. Unlike chicken at the grocery store, ours don’t have any added solutions to the meat. We keep our chicken plain, simple, and delicious!
You’ll taste the local difference when you enjoy these eggs from our free range girls. Our flock enjoys roaming the homestead from sunup to sundown foraging all the grass and bugs they can find. They also get a daily ration of fermented local grains. The result is deep yellow orange yolks in these nutritious eggs that are perfect with any meal! With the variety of our flock, you’ll find shades of brown, white, green, blue, and pink eggs in your carton.
Our Welsh Harlequin ducks are so much fun to watch! In between splashes in the pool and waddling adorably through the yard, they enjoy fermented local grains and all the grass and bugs and sunshine they can get! They lay white eggs with beautiful bright yellow yolks that are great for baking. Available by half and full dozen.
Pasture raised pork was a great addition to our homestead this year. Our pigs are raised on pasture and in woodlots where they are free to forage for seeds and nuts and roll in the mud to their heart’s content! They enjoy many garden scraps and a daily ration of locally grown & milled nonGMO grains. We offer whole & half hogs as well as all your favorite pork cuts.

Pecans are a fall favorite, but can be enjoyed throughout the year as well. These small to medium sized pecans are hand gathered from well established, pesticide free trees on our homestead. They are then cured in shell to be ready for your favorite recipes or as a delicious snack on their own! Available by the pound (in shell only).
